Currently, we're in search of individuals to assist us in fulfilling online orders and managing book listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
Though we are a small business, we have ambitious plans for rapid expansion in the coming year.

A typical workday in this role will involve:
Selecting and carefully packing orders to ensure they are ready for shipping.
Assisting in assessing, listing, and packaging books and media for both LTL and small parcel shipments.
Proficiently entering ISBNs using a 10-key number pad for cataloging.
Preparing media items for sale, which may involve tasks such as operating disc polishers and replacing cases.
Maintaining a tidy workspace and assisting with daily and weekly upkeep, as required by the warehouse manager.
We operate as a small team, where each member plays a vital role.
There won't be constant oversight or reminders to stay on task, but your effectiveness and efficiency will be the measures of your performance.

In addition to the core responsibilities, we're looking for candidates who exhibit outstanding organizational skills.
Maintaining an orderly workspace and effectively managing time are crucial for this role.

The compensation for this position falls within the range of $14 to $18 per hour, dependent on prior experience and aptitude.

As mentioned earlier, we foresee this position evolving into a management role as we continue to build our team.
This role can be performed either on a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) or by two part-time team members, so we are open to either arrangement.
