Must be able to lift plant material up to 75 pounds, load plant materials onto racks and haul racks on trailers to shipping warehouse.
This job requires the person to have the ability to drive a small tractor or ATV with a utility trailer attached, push and pull shipping racks by hand, lift, twist, and bend all day, walk on uneven terrain, and good teamwork and communication.
Ability to pull orders accurately to pick ticket specifications, including multiple sizes, tray quantity specifications, correct inventory blocks, quality control decisions, accurately labeling orders, and accurately recording quantities pulled.
This job requires attention to detail, bilingual communication with supervisor, ability to translate instructions to non-bilingual crew members, and good teamwork and communication.
Other duties as assigned in greenhouses including but not limited to assisting with planting and plant maintenance, as well as facility maintenance and helping in other departments as needed.
This job requires seasonal weekend work, both Saturday and/or Sunday.
Physical Demands This job requires the following continuously throughout the day:
lifting, carrying, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching and bending over.
Lifting up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment This job operates outdoors and in greenhouses throughout the day around machinery and soil, and may be exposed to dust, fumes, dirt, noise, heat, cold, and water.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
