Outside Pest Control Sales Representative
Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, and identify new leads and expand our presence in each neighborhood.
You will exemplify excellent customer service and maintain relationships, provide correct and sustainable solutions to customers' concerns, and introduce new homeowners to Saela and our ethos.

Qualifications:
Communication:
You will need active communication skills as you will be operating your own route and working with customers, team members, and managersTime Management:
You will be managing your own pest control route and contacting the local neighborhood to find new leadsCustomer Success:
You will build relationships with customers, provide solutions to address their problems and concerns in a sustainable and long-term manner, and generate new leads for the companySales/Door-to-Door:
While you are fulfilling your scheduled services, you will be identifying new sales opportunities, upselling, and generating new leadsBonus:
Have previous pest control, door-to-door, and/or termite experienceRequirements:
You must be 18 or overYou must have a current valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record checkYou must be able to pass a criminal background and drug testYou must be able to lift up to 50 lbsYou must be clean-shaven due to health and safety purposesWhat to Expect:
Daily schedule of 10 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 7 PMYou will be treating approx.
2-6 homes per dayYou will be contacting nearby customers door-to-door and managing customer relationshipsYou will be inspecting and performing pest control treatments with environmentally responsible productsYou will be helping customers fulfill their concerns while also identifying new leads and sales opportunitiesYou will be operating a company vehicle and returning home with it after workCompany Description:
